This session will outline the 5-year Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP)program and the impact on the 9 participating pilot states.  It will detail the changes to the HHVBP in the last two years and analyze how the model has affected outcomes for everyone.

Objectives:

• Review the structure of the HHVBP program and the results from the states that participated in the demo
• Review the calculation methodology for the nationwide rollout of VBP
• Discuss how you can prepare for 2023 implementation
