12:00 -1:00 PM Eastern

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) was signed into law in July 2025. This federal budget act contains significant cuts to safety-net programs, primarily Medicaid. It can directly impact providers and populations served by the hospice, home health, and home care industries. Join us to learn how your agency may be affected and how to respond.

AFTER THIS WEBINAR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:
• Identify both the financial and operational risks providers could face
• Discuss the indirect impacts the OBBBA can have on hospice, home health, and home care
• Distinguish between differing perspectives of the bill’s impact
• Explain how agencies can prepare for the OBBBA
• Identify potential opportunities with the introduction of the OBBBA and industry providers

WEBINAR DETAILS: This presentation will break down the OBBBA’s anticipated direct and indirect impacts on the hospice, home health, and home care industries. It will look at financial and operational risks, reduced access to care, strains on referral networks, and increased administrative work for patients, plans, and providers. What does this mean for vulnerable populations, the communities served, staffing shortages, increased burdens on family caregivers, and expectations of providers? Now is the time to begin addressing the effects of the OBBBA on the needs of the healthcare community you serve and move forward with the changes.

THIS WEBINAR WILL BENEFIT THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES: Hospice, Home Health, Home Care, Palliative Care

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This informative session is designed for all healthcare leadership, including CEOs, administrators, CFOs, DOPCSs, directors of clinical services, directors of nursing, governing body members, medical directors, community liaisons, and intake staff.
